Latino Review are back with more rumors from a galaxy far far away. According to them there might be a bit of diversity being added to J.J. Abrams' new Star Wars flick, as both The Butler's David Oyelowo and Chronicle's Michael B. Jordan have apparently read for roles..

Just now on The Schmoes Know Movies Podcast, El Mayimbe dropped another Star Wars scoop. Apparently both Jordan and Oyelowo have both read for roles in Star Wars Episode VII -- the former meeting with director J.J. Abrams personally. Latino Review also say that, although they've tried their best, they haven't been able to determine which specific role these guys have gone in for. Yes, the cries of "Lando's son!" are inevitable, but I doubt that's the road they'll be going down with this movie -- but of course, anything is possible! What do you guys think? Sound off below.

I'm glad that we are gonna have more brotha's in a galaxy far far away. Every-time I see episodes 5&6 , Lando always stood out in the crowd.

I'm guessing they were reading for a character related Mace Windu or Lando seeing as they are the only two black dudes in the galaxy.

I wouldn't mind seeing Jordan as Landos son. The dudes a good actor and I'd like to see that role in the film at all.

Not a big fan of Michael but everyone seems to have a hard on for him. Talk of him as Johnny Storm, and now he'll be the "star" of the next Rocky... Oyelowo on the other hand is fantastic, gove him those jobs. Chronicle was mediocre no matter who says what about that douche pretentious writer and the only thing salvaged from it was Dane Dehann. What are we talking about again?

Michael B. Jordan is a fantastic actor. Dude was incredible in Fruitvale Station which I doubt someone like "Hellboy6666" bothered to watch. I also really enjoyed his role in Chronicle.

I'm not even joking, do another one and you will get your 500$. Do it on someone people love, a woman. The chick who plays Maria Hill would be perfect. Or Emma Stone, that would really rile up their britches.

It's an editorial section, write whatever you want... don't hold back. People and going to freak out about it, but it will simply show that you're not backpedaling just because some people didn't get your joke. Don't buckle under pressure, push back. It will be the best article this site has had in years.

Be graphic too, Emma's teeth are a little goofy and her eyes are massive. Her skin is way too fair, and she's short. Not one single article has been worth 500 yet, and yours will get more hits than the next two combined.

Add in at the end that you recommend acting classes, and Big G will start writing out the check before the first comment appears.

If you throw enough balls into the hoop, you're bound to get at least one in. That's how him and his lackeys at Latino Review work, they make educated guesses and work off of faint hints to nab at least a couple of scoops. The rest is all bullshit.

We have so many more of these posts to go. EVERYONE will be reading for this movie. but a reading doesn't mean much of anything.

And they'll be selecting the cast very specifically so it may be a whole before we know the casting.
