New "Avatar" Trailer To Premiere This Friday

After much hype, the teaser trailer for the upcoming James Cameron-directed "Avatar" film was released back in August. While it was very popular on the internet, it did not impress too many fans. In fact, it was compared to one of the lowest-grossing films of all time, "Delgo."

According to Worstpreviews.com source.comingsoon.net,20th Century Fox will debut a new trailer that's a whopping 3 minutes and 30 seconds long. It will appear in theaters on October 23rd and will then be released online on October 29th. No word on which movie it will be playing in front of.

The site adds that this will be the trailer to fully represent "Avatar," by showing off more of the technology and revealing more of the story. In other words, if you don't like this trailer, this movie is not for you.

I'm not too hyped up about this movie anymore.
Right now, the only movie I'm anxiously awaiting
is Iron Man 2.

However, there is no doubt that I will see this movie
on opening weekend, just to see what all the hype
is about.

I'm watching all "Entourage" seasons right now, and I really like the story arc about James Cameron doing the Aquaman movie. Great show so far!

Avatar... yeah, I'll most certainly watch it, but I never really understood the hype.

If James Cameron can direct a remake, of a remake, of a remake of Titanic, and then have it become one of the top grossing movies in the world. Well, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. For now. LOL

I've liked every James Cameron movie I've seen & I liked the teaser for Avatar. The only movie I'm more excited for is Iron Man 2. :)

Hopefully they can convince me with the next trailer that Avatar is more than Dances With Wolves meets Fern Gully with Smurfs. I'll remain open minded..but skeptical.....

i think i saw this trailer, i was approached to watch a test trailer at the movie theatre i go to, and had to fill out a questionnaire. it was about 3-4 minutes..
wasn't to memorable, shows how a human is being made into a alian to infiltrate them, shows some cool battle scenes between alian animal things, and mech warrior type things similiar to the ones in the matrix 2-3
