Careful Doopie. As much as they like to pretend that the Marvel fanboys will go rabid, the Nolan fans are the most sensitive organisms you can find, outside of a heavily sunburned badger.

I hope this movie is as good as it looks!! The premise lured me in a long time ago.

@Doopie

Your not alone, I used to think he lived up to the hype, especially with Memento, The Following, and even the first 2 Batman movies.... TDKR killed it for me though, not really excited for Interstellar either

I respect what he's done for CBMs though

Well, we've done it now. Mantinium will show up, make some self-masturbatory comments, use a movie quote and parrot out his "holding hands" and "dance off" comments. Predictable is as predictable does.

I like Nolan, though I find most of his movies wanting in some ways.

*gives @Doopie the secret handshake*

So far the Nolan movies that I felt made the most of their potential were Memento (imo still his best), Batman Begins and TDK (though I feel the latter to a lesser extent, don't hit me). I had great expectations for The Prestige and Inception, and while I did like both they didn't really satisfy me as I'd hoped. TDKR... yeah, for me it's probably his worst.

@Doopie

True, and exactly, he's not a bad director at all, I think I'm just tired of him....

'Pants on = no party' - got it ^^

@Manti

You could even say the ship looks... INTERstellar!

...okay, I'll let myself out...

I really do wonder am I the only one that looks at each new film as something that stands on its own and not a part of some Directors Legacy?

...anyways can't wait for this!

@MantiniuMan

You not liking anything doesn't upset me at all. It's just your delusions of mediocrity that make you think it does. I'm just amused at your inability to form any argument about anything. It's pretty sad.
