I don't think Riddick, Jack Harkness and Alice should even be on the list.They are too new and not widely known/liked.What happened to the characters from comic books, animation or video games?

I would go with Vader he is just to Bad Ass to ignore, but Riddick is an awesome character too. Darth Maul should at least be on the list not that I would vote for him over Vader but he was an awesome character until Lucas being the dumbass he is killing him off in such a lame way that was not worthy of such a cool villian.

@Lansdowne5 It doesn't really matter that Maul didn't make it on the list I think you put the most popular characters there is it is just such a shame that the coolest character in the prequels was treated so poorly. By the way I like your Avatar Matt Smith is good as the Doctor.
