MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS: THE MOVIE Coming To Blu-ray As Part Of A 25th Anniversary Steelbook Collection
As part of an exclusive 20-disc Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Steelbook Collection, it's been confirmed that the original MMPR: The Movie will be arriving on Blu-ray as part of the set. Come check it out!
As part of the ongoing 25th Anniversary celebration, Shout! Factory officially announced today that they are re-releasing the entire Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series in an awesome new 25th Anniversary Limited Steelbook Edition.
The 20-disc set will contain the first three seasons of the worldwide phenomenon across 19 DVDs and, then, for the first time ever, will also contain Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie on Blu-ray, which should be welcome news for longtime fans. Also, the new movie Blu-ray, which is expected to be a Steelbook-exclusive disc for now, will also contain brand new interviews with director Bryan Spicer and stars Johnny Yong Bosch (Adam Park) and Paul Freeman (Ivan Ooze).
The new Steelbook collection will also contain two bonus discs and a limited-edition 18"x24" lithograph, with artwork from Paul Shipper. You can preview that art HERE.
The 25th Anniversary Limited Steelbook Edition is currently available to pre-order at the Shout! Factory website for $159.99 and will become available on August 7th, although if you do pre-order, you'll receive it two weeks early.
