The Power Rangers movie continues to impress and they've just added another major piece in former Saturday Night Live funnyman Bill Hader, who will voice the Rangers' lovable sidekick Alpha 5.
He joins a cast led by five young up-and-comers Dacre Montgomery (Safe Neighborhood), RJ Cyler (Me And Earl and the Dying Girl), Naomi Scott (The Martian), Becky Gomez (Empire), and Ludi Lin (Marco Polo) with 3x Primetime Emmy nominee Elizabeth Banks (Pitch Perfect 3) as the villainous Rita Repulsa and Golden Globe & Primetime Emmy-winner Bryan Cranston (Why Him?) as the Rangers' wise mentor Zordon.
Hader is best known for his hysterical work on NBC's long-running sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live, but since departing in 2014, he's begun to venture into film where he's already managed to lend his voice to a number of highly successful projects, including, but not limited to, Sausage Party, The BFG, The Angry Birds Movie, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Silicon Valley, South Park, and Inside Out. His live-action roles in the past few years include leading roles in Trainwreck & The Skeleton Twins and supporting turns in several comedies like Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, Trainwreck, 22 Jump Street, The Mindy Project, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Superbad, and Tropic Thunder.
