From La Femme Nikita and The Professional to The Fifth Element, writer/director Luc Besson has created some of the toughest, most memorable female action heroes in cinematic history. Now, Besson directs Scarlett Johansson in Lucy, an action-thriller that tracks a woman accidentally caught in a dark deal who turns the tables on her captors and transforms into a merciless warrior evolved beyond human logic.

Took the 'Limitless' plot of accessing 100% of your brain's capacity via a certain drug, then gave it a sci-fi superpower twist to it....interesting!

Fan of Besson's work...especially 'Leon'....i'll definitely give this a look!

People act like. Limitless invented that concept, off the top DC did it before them with Deathstroke and I doubt they were the first. Movie looks epic though.

@Shamo, Deathstroke got a super-soldier serum. That's as old as Captain America. The Limitless angle is just a SciFy take on the use of amphetamines to boost your mind capacity (something they've been using on people with ADD for the past 60 years). That's basically what Lucy is about with a sprinkle of Ultraviolet.
