The Orlando Sentinel recently caught up with actor Zachary Quinto, who played Spock in J.J. Abrams reboot of Star Trek, to talk on a wide range of topics. Not surprisingly Star Trek came up, more specifically the sequel that is being planned for it. Quinto said that he is "starting to shift into that mode of preparation", also revealing that he nor his cast mates have seen the script.

Said Quinto:

“I have physical training and other ways of prepping for it. None of us have seen the script. We’re all very curious to see where [director J.J. Abrams is] taking us this time,” he shared. “We’re going on rumors, little hints here and there, stories we’ve been told.”

Filming for Star Trek 2 is, as of right now, scheduled to begin in early 2012. With the shoot rapidly approaching Mr. Abrams might want to start getting scrips to actors so they can be ready.
