New SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY Image Of Dryden Vos May Feature A VERY Familiar Looking Bounty Hunter

A very cool new image of Paul Bettany's villainous Dryden Vos has been revealed but a familiar looking character in the background has fans wondering if we're going to see Boba Fett appear in Solo...

Back when Phil Lord and Chris Miller were directing Solo: A Star Wars Story, the movie's lead villain - Dryden Vos - was going to be played by Michael K. Williams and was a motion-capture creation.

However, things changed when Ron Howard was asked to take charge and Avengers: Infinity War star Paul Bettany will now play the character instead. Ahead of a cover story revolving around the movie, Empire Online has released a new still featuring the character and it's fair to say he looks imposing.

However, what really has fans talking is that armour in the background. It bears a striking resemblance to the one worn by Boba Fett, a character who has been rumoured to appear in Solo on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, it's a different colour and could just be a random Mandalorian who is working for Vos. Alternatively, it could be a suit he has on display which he'll don in the final act.

We'll just have to wait and see but it's possible Fett wore more than one armour over the years. What do you guys think? Let us know your Solo: A Star Wars Story theories in the comments section below.

@SpideyPuffsMJ - While I agree that that's just armor, anyone that thinks Boba Fett WON'T show up in some capacity is kidding themselves.

@RocknRolla - He'll for sure show up. They'll probably show just enough to make some people want his own movie next. Idk what this is tho.

Please please let it just be a random mandalorian and they don't shoehorn another classic character in this. Universe is a big place..... now, come on

Actually, they should get working on that Boba Fett film while Temuera Morrison is still young enough.

@Nightwing1015 - I want to direct a 501 film about Clone troopers using only Morrison as my actor.

I also want to say, his casting as Aquaman’s father is downright brilliant

It would be the first time we'll see a Mandalorian in live action that isn't of the Fett family.

Actually, Dryden Vos looks like a mandalorian, if you look as his name, dress and haircut.

Having him don the Mando armor would be great. Although I know people would ask why Fett wasn't just the villain then

It’s not Boba Fett. Then again, they do like to change things up for movies sequels for no reason. I’m lookin at you, millennium falcon...

Definitely not Fett. Same helmet but that's it. Pretty sure no one's wearing it, it's just a display.
