New SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY Image Of Dryden Vos May Feature A VERY Familiar Looking Bounty Hunter
A very cool new image of Paul Bettany's villainous Dryden Vos has been revealed but a familiar looking character in the background has fans wondering if we're going to see Boba Fett appear in Solo...
Back when Phil Lord and Chris Miller were directing Solo: A Star Wars Story, the movie's lead villain - Dryden Vos - was going to be played by Michael K. Williams and was a motion-capture creation.
However, things changed when Ron Howard was asked to take charge and Avengers: Infinity War star Paul Bettany will now play the character instead. Ahead of a cover story revolving around the movie, Empire Online has released a new still featuring the character and it's fair to say he looks imposing.
However, what really has fans talking is that armour in the background. It bears a striking resemblance to the one worn by Boba Fett, a character who has been rumoured to appear in Solo on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, it's a different colour and could just be a random Mandalorian who is working for Vos. Alternatively, it could be a suit he has on display which he'll don in the final act.
We'll just have to wait and see but it's possible Fett wore more than one armour over the years. What do you guys think? Let us know your Solo: A Star Wars Story theories in the comments section below.
