The first footage from Solo: A Star Wars Story was reportedly shown off at a recent event in Munich and it sounds like there will be plenty of reasons to be excited about the upcoming spinoff movie...
Yesterday, Disney released a logo and synopsis for Solo: A Star Wars Story but there's still no sign of the trailer or even a single official image. With any luck, that's going to change any day now but footage from the movie was reportedly shown off at an event in Munich and the response is definitely positive.
This is just one man's opinion but it's definitely a relief that he's not slating it, especially when there's been so much drama behind the scenes and a great deal of negativity surrounding the divisive spinoff.
The fact it's seemingly going to deliver plenty of fan-service should come as a relief to those worrying about the movie and that might ultimately be enough to turn Solo into a hit. After all, a fun adventure revolving around the character with plenty of feel-good moments for fans of the franchise would be no bad thing even if that probably means Lucasfilm has decided against taking any risks with the movie.
