With Star Wars: The Last Jedi flying into theaters in about a month, more and more merchandising tie-ins are beginning to pop up. It's not all toys and clothing, though.

Brooklyn ice cream maker Ample Hills Creamery has launched a new batch of three limited-edition flavors inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The three flavors — "Resistance", "First Order", and The Force"  — pay tribute to the heroes, villains, and themes of the iconic film franchise. More importantly, all three sound incredibly delicious.

For those of you feeling a little rebellious, "The Resistance" is a mix of brown sugar and vanilla bean ice cream with an assortment of mix-ins: red-velvet butter cake, toffee pieces, and mini marshmallows.

If you find yourself tempted by the dark side, Ample Hills' "First Order" flavor consists of salted dark chocolate ice cream with cocoa powder, bittersweet chocolate, and a dash of espresso.

And for those of you noble Jedi, "The Force" is the perfect balance between the dark and light side with sweet cream ice cream, swirled with rich chocolate fudge, and white and dark chocolate Valrhona pearls.

This isn't the first time Ample Hills Creamery has worked in collaboration with Disney and Lucasfilm. For 2015's Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the creamery released the "Dark Side" and "Light Side' ice creams.

Ample Hills' Star Wars: The Last Jedi ice cream is available online as a 3-pack (one of each flavor) for $30. Each pack ships in a specially designed box and a punch-out X-wing fighter. Alternatively, you can also find these flavors in 40 Whole Foods locations in the Northeast, the FreshDirect website, and the Ample Hills Creamery locations in New York and New Jersey.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters on December 15, 2017.
