Twins Thea And Liana Shengelaya Have Shot Scenes For STAR WARS: EPISODE VII

The sisters, better known as musicians "The Healer Twins", revealed via Instagram that they've spent the last 4 days in Abu Dhabi shooting J.J. Abrams' Star Wars flick. Plus, John Boyega and Daisy Ridley have arrived on set. More past the jump.

Two young musicians known as The Healer Twins have filmed four days on Star Wars: Episode VII. The duo posted a snap to their Instagram account, and when asked by Jedi News if it was Star Wars they were shooting they revealed that it was. Their band is comprised of Thea Shengelaya and her twin Liana along with several other musicians, though it appears the rest of them did not shoot with the sisters. Shooting for just four days suggests their roles won't be very big, though when asked if they'd be going to Pinewood for more filming they said it was a possibility.

Also via Instagram, actor John Boyega (Attack The Block) has revealed that he has arrived (or rather will be arriving shortly via camel) to the set. The girl briefly glimpsed in front of him is apparently fellow cast member Daisy Ridley.

I'm interested to know what kind of role they could have in this movie.

That instagram video is hilarious. That's pretty much how anyone would feel if they were riding a camel to work (yes I know he was joking...but still).

I have never heard of them. Which I guess may be a good thing. There's some good young talent that needs a big role like Star Wars to get their career going.

I'd be willing to bet it was for a scene involving them singing in a cantina.

@soforizo I WOULD agree with that if it wasn't already stated that JJ didn't grow up as a Star Trek fan. Abrams grew up as a Star Wars fan. So there is that.

Man, if they still decide to remake The Warriors, Boyega would be perfect in it.

@Fabius ...You've never heard of Andy Serkis? Shame on you, sir. LOL.

Domhnall Gleeson is a pretty good actor. He was in Harry Potter and he had small role in the Coen Brothers "True Grit" which he was pretty good in.

John Boyega was the breakout star from "Attack the Block". He's been rumored to be in other roles, even in the new Terminator movie.

Daisy Ridley is the big unknown. I've personally never heard of her myself.

But just because someone isn't a big name, doesn't mean they aren't talented.

Ford, Hamill, and Fisher weren't big names either when the first joined Star Wars.

Yeah some sort of tonika sisters sequel cameo thing. Not singing. Please. It doesn't even sound like they're in tune with each other in nd's videos.

"Fisher looks like Orc..." - haha Jesus Christ man!
