I wish the main page would show the author below the links. I hate always clicking on these headlines only to be brought to a page with another Mr. Sunday video that I can't play at work. It would be helpful if there was at least some way to know whether an article has text or is just a Youtube link.

I think most people understand what they are going for it just seems a little too gimmicky for some.

I'm coming around to it personally but it never would've bothered me to the point of it effecting the movie to begin with.

I think what people's issue would be, isn't that it looks like a proper hilt on a broadsword... But that it seems inherently dangerous to the wielder. I would be certain a Sith would have the capabilities to ensure that he or she doesn't cut off their hand with their own lightsaber...but it lacks context as of yet.

I like it though.

Are people hating on a new lightsaber? Those will be the first people buying the new replica anyway. lol.
I think its different and cool. Like when Maul had the double sided lightsaber..

I really like the new lightsaber. Has anybody thought that possibly this may be an ancient lightsaber? Like maybe this character is an ancient Sith Lord resurrected or possibly he stole the lightsaber from a Sith tomb. It would explain why modern sabers don't have the crossguard because they found it impractical later on. It would also explain why it looks like it it isn't completely stable and has the lightning coming off of it.

It looks like John Boyega pilots one of the tie fighters that are shooting at the falcon and the falcon shoots his down thus crashing in the dessert

I love Ben Stein. He's a god of deadpan delivery. Reilly is a hack. And Will Ferrell is about as funny as cancer.

How can the Lightsaber be taken out of context? It's a Star Wars trailer for crying out loud you've got pod racing, kids sword fighting, slavery and piracy but all of a sudden it's "Safety First".
