Anyone who is fan of the original Tron movie must remember Yori. Played by Cindy Morgan, she was computer programmer Lora Baines alter ego in the Grid. In the "real" world Baines was Alan Bradley's(Bruce Boxleitner) girlfriend, and in the Grid a companion of HIS alter ego Tron. Being quite a popular character amongst the film's cult fanbase there was apparently major disappointment that Morgan didn't reprise her role in the recent
Tron: Legacy, with internet campaigns being set up left, right and center. Well, fans may get their wish for the upcoming threequel.
I have it on good authority that Disney have "reached out" to Morgan to return as Yori/Lora for their upcoming follow up to Tron: Legacy.
All we know is there's been some contact with Disney, and there's suggestions that she may be asked to return.
So nothing official here for now, but don't be surprised if we see Miss Morgan back in the Grid for
Tron 3.
