You May Want To Think Twice Before Pirating JOHN DIES AT THE END

Director Don Coscarelli (Phantasm, Bubba Ho Tep) has released the following blood-splattered trailer for his new sci-fi horror flick, urging would-be-pirates to pay for the movie instead, thus supporting independent film. Warning: This is a gory one..

And here's the bonkers theatrical trailer too..

In John Dies at the End, it's all about the Soy Sauce, a drug that promises an out-of-body experience with each hit. Users drift across time and dimensions. But some who come back are no longer human. Suddenly a silent otherworldly invasion is underway, and mankind needs a hero. What it gets instead is John (Rob Mayes) and David (Chase Williamson), a pair of college dropouts who can barely hold down jobs. Can these two stop the oncoming horror in time to save humanity? No. No, they can't.

If you'll indulge my manifest for a second:

1.) Given the oblivious fact it is an "Independent Film", it will not be shown in most theaters, especially Oklahoma. For example, Seven Psychopaths came out months ago, right? Oklahoman theaters NEVER, not 1, had it playing. I have yet to see it because of that.

If I don't pirate this film (Won't waste my time, FYI), chances are EXTREMELY high I'll never make it to catching this flick.

2.) It's a movie, people have video cameras and there is a small little fad going on right now called the World Wide Web... You do the math....

GambitFreak@ You're so right, babes, I searched everywhere for The Master, to no avail and I literally chased On The Road all the way down the country at arthouse theaters and missed it by a day or so every time. It's almost as if every film that isn't directed by Micheal Bay has to be pirated to be seen at all.
