First SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Action Figures Reveal A Close-Up Look At Peter's Homemade Costume

Hasbro has revealed a new batch of Spider-Man: Homecoming action figures, and along with fresh look at Spidey and Vulture, we get a close-up look at Peter Parker's Ben Reilly-esque homemade suit.

Captain America: Civil War gave us only a glimpse of Spider-Man's homemade costume, but the first trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming confirmed that we'll get a closer look at it in his solo outing this July. However, an early sneak peek has found its way online today thanks to Hasbro, and as you can see, it's a very different look for the wall-crawler. In fact, it may remind you of a certain someone!

We're obviously talking about Ben Reilly/Scarlet Spider, though the colour scheme is quite a bit different to the comics. There's also a few other variations of both Spider-Man and The Vulture.

Starring Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob
Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey Jr., and almost countless others, Marvel's Spider-Man: Homecoming is directed by Jon Watts and will be released on July 7th, next year.

Reminds me of the Scarlet Spider costume. I love it.

the homemade suit looks like the Scarlet Spider, but with reversed colors.

Why does he have the tech-looking spider logo on the hoodie?

These look like they'd come with a kid's meal BTW.

"Tony, err, I mean, Mr Stark, don't you think this is a bit...overkill?"
"naah kid, it's fine. trust me on this, after all, I'm Iron Man"

@Spidey91 - That's nothing, Peter. You should see mine.

The suit looks good. I wonder when it'll be shown in the movie? My guess is that he's going to have a falling out with Stark, and so he'll use his original suit to fight Vulture instead of the suit Stark made.

@Valdez - or maybe it will be torn to shreds, it's a Spidey tradition that the suit always gets damaged, specially the mask

@Spidey91 - Oh, that makes a lot of sense. I could see either way happening.

@Valdez - I hope he and Stark do fall out. Peter as an Iron Man intern doesn't actually bother me, but having Peter get disillusioned by Stark (and having Stark lose yet another one of his personal connections to other people) would probably be good for both of their characters going forward.

@Spock0Clock - Yeah, I agree. It'd be a more interesting character arc for both of them if their relationship crumbled.
