Hello, I, with some helpful ideas from ILoveStargirl, previously wrote the article :

https://www.comicbookmovie.com/spider-man/how-to-fix-marvels-amazing-spiderman-comics-an-in-depth-6-part-pitch-a156558

It was basically my pitch for how to fix Amazing Spiderman in the comics. I gave a six part pitch that showed Spiderman and Mary Jane both discovering that the events of one more day happened, defeating Mephisto, remarrying MJ, having his identity revealed by Mephisto, creating a small business inventing technology in a failed attempt to rebuild Parker Industries, and battling Gabriel Stacy, who had a brainwashed May Parker(MJ’s baby she thought was a miscarriage but was actually whisked away by Norman Osborn). All of this was setup for Norman Osborn taking over Mephisto’s realm and killing basically everyone in the marvel universe as Spiderman and Loki frantically searched for the reality gem in order to prevent Osborn from ever learning magic. Osborn was depowered and eaten by demons, and Peter returned to his life, more close to his friends and family than ever after seeing them die in an alternate future. Now, he wants to find May Parker.

You get a good idea of what happened through that, but I recommend reading my previous article for the full story.

So, it's time for the conclusion. I wrote a six part series, but it really should be eight part, seeing as spiders have eight legs.

7th arc: Crossover(1 year)

Part one: The search for May Parker(5 months)

Peter and MJ will both be trying to get back to England, where May Parker was last seen at Gabriel Osborn’s compound, but due to lack of funds, decides to head to the Fantastic Four, as they’re near the Baxter Building, to ask to borrow a jet. They explain the situation, we get some fun Johnny Storm/Peter Parker stuff, and as they prepare a jet for Peter, Mr Fantastic talks to him about family, how he was never a social person back before he met his, and how it took him a long time to become the man he is now, and now he would do anything for his family. He tells Peter to, once he has May, never lose track of her, and always be there for her. Susan Storm also speaks separately to MJ, same basic conversation but more suited to Sue’s personality. During this conversation, a lab accident in the Baxter building results in a blast of dimensional energy hitting Spider-man and MJ, which Reed describes as being from a dimension of pure reality warping telepathic/telekinetic power. Fortunately, once the portal is closed there seem to be no ill side effects. Peter and MJ leave for England, and begins searching the wilderness around Gabriel’s compound, growing more scared after fighting off a large bear, then a pack of wolves, then almost falling off a cliff as they spend the night searching. Peter comforts Mary Jane by reminding her of the good times they've had raising MJ, before realizing those memories are not his own. MC2 older man Peter Parker appears through a portal. They realize why this happened, explain the situation to MC2 Peter, and he agrees to help them find May before they go back to the FF to send him back to his earth. MJ brings up how this version of Peter was, according to Peter, dead after Spiderverse. Peter brings up Bobby Drake… Uh… Older Bobby Drake told him Jean Grey is alive again. So they decide its best to just go with this. MJ resolves to call Jean when they get back to New York.

MJ begins to have memories of an alternate version of herself as well, beginning to think of finding May, then thinking of how her, Annie, and Peter are a team of superheroes. Meanwhile in Renew Your Vows, the Spider hero family swings accross New York battling Regent, who has recently escaped from prison, until MJ falls into a portal. Peter and Annie Parker rush in after her. After some confusion and a brief fight, these alternate universe characters all pitch in to find May Parker, talking about shared experiences and timeline differences, Peter and MJ decide the best people to get parenting advice from is older versions of themselves, it's revealed MC2 Peter didn't die in Spider Verse, that was a similar, but different version of him, and he's been trying to get back to his home ever since. Our heroes promise to help him get back. They eventually discover May Parker at a nearby summer camp. Also, a killer goblin robot built by Gabriel is hunting her and we have an 80’s summer camp horror movie homage issue just because I want to and think it would be fun. We learn May was put in an orphanage by Norman after faking her death, and she was only recently discovered by Gabriel looking through his father’s notes and he decided to brainwash her to use in his plan. The mind control has worn off and she's fine now, happy to meet her real parents. She’s apparently a Spiderman fan, so everything is great. The robot is beaten. Everyone heads to the Fantastic Four to be sent to their home dimension. Mr Fantastic uses SCIENCE! to disconnect MJ and Peter’s minds from the multiverse. The alternate heroes prepare to return to their Earth's. MC2 Peter returns to his home world to see his family again. The teleporter once again malfunctions, but doesn't shoot out any energy, it just shuts off. Until it's fixed, the Renew your Vows family is stuck. The story of Spider Man’s long lost daughter is leaked to the press, and Peter must try to avoid paparazzi spying on him and surrounding the apartment building he and MJ live in. We see conflicting stories involving the family being in two places at once in gossip magazines.

Part two: Slingers Crossover event( 7 months)

The Renew your Vows family is staying with Peter and MJ, who are trying to take care of May despite the hectic situation, paparazzi, and lack of funds. The Avengers offer to help out after Mr. Fantastic asks Stark and Ant Man for help with the portal,. Rooms in Avengers mansion fix the money problems and the 6 people one bathroom issue, but at the same time making things much more hectic due to regular supervillain attacks and the idea of Tony Stark near children. The extra spider heroes and a new team of spider powered characters led by Miles Morales fighting more down to Earth crime do help lighten the load. That team is

Miles Morales
Spider Gwen
Kaine
Silk
Superior Octopus(I’ll explain)

May is confused by alternate realities so the Renew your Vows family become treated like an  Aunt, Uncle, and older Cousin by May. Annie and May become like sisters to each other actually. Peter breaks his life up into three parts

Parker Industries
Spiderman
Family/friends

and attempts to get in a good amount of each, bringing in new employees to Parker Industries(mostly new characters, a few horizon labs throwbacks), taking his daughter to Central Park with MJ, Harry Osborn, Liz Allen, and their respective children(Normie and May seem to be friends)(May is 8, Normie 12, Stanley 6, ) and teaming up with Miles’s Slingers, plus the Renew Your Vows heroes in a crossover fight with the Slingers series overarching villain, Scorpion, trying to establish himself as a major criminal element in New York by killing the Slingers, gaining funding for new exo suits and Spider Slayers from an unknown benefactor. In the Slingers book, Doctor Octopus has been going through a redemption arc, first fighting Scorpion, angry over him using Octobots, which he sees as his intellectual property, and later joining the Slingers to help defeat Scorpion as he raises a criminal army with his lieutenant, female Scorpion, Carmilla Black. He has multiple gangs united together under the goal of getting rid of the Slingers, along with a new Sinister Six(another reason Doc Ock was mad, he thinks he should be on every sinister six lineup, if they want their own team call it the Sinister Syndicate!) that includes

Scorpion
Black Scorpion(Carmilla Black)
Sasha Kravinoff
Ana Kravinoff( a kind of arch nemesis to Miles Morales due to their similar ages, desire to prove themselves to their elders, and their parental figures)
Chameleon(part of the Kravinoff clan)
Mendel Stromm the Robot Master( their tech guy who is also spying on Scorpion for his superiors)

We get an epic fight, Spiderman is captured, which causes May to begin displaying her spider abilities and leave Avengers Mansion to go meet the Slingers and try and save her father. May discovers the Iron Spider suit in the mansion and decides to use it to go find May and get her back safely. The Scorpion is defeated with all these heroes together, his Sinister Six is taken away by SHIELD, except for Ana Kravinoff, who escapes to return as a Slingers for in the future, and The Robot Master, who self destructs when Superior Octopus tries to learn who funded Scorpion.

It's discovered in the end the robots and Exo suits were bought with money the mystery benefactor embezzled from Alchemex.

The Renew your Vows family is finally able to return home and promise to visit again someday.

What changed?

-A mystery new villain introduced
- The Slingers
- Peter has May back
-MJ has an avenue to Superheroism
-formerly 2nd or even third rate villains like Scorpion and Ana Kravinoff have a place to shine in Slingers

8th Arc: The Osborn Curse(1 year)

During another playdate, Harry confides in Peter that Normie has been acting strangely lately, and he's afraid he overheard him telling Liz about Norman dying in Asgard. He's tried to talk to him, but he won't speak, and he invited him over because he and May are such good friends. He's afraid Normie might have what Norman did, and his family has a history of mental illness. Peter suggests a therapist. Meanwhile, Normie introduces May to his imaginary friend ‘Roman’.

As this arc goes on we’ll learn May wants to fight crime again, and continually ask to go out with Peter when he Spider-man’s. She also begins to take a shine to some of the younger Avengers related heroes like Ms. Marvel, Nova, and Viv.

Normie Osborn will be discovered speaking to Roman by Liz, who tries to play along with the game until ‘Roman’ decides he doesn't like Liz, and wants her to go away. Later that night, Harry and Liz wake up and discover Normie playing with pumpkin bombs and goblin gear he found in a secret compartment built by Norman Osborn, running around the room yelling Goblin catchphrases like Curse You! We’ll meet again Spider-man! Harry calls a bomb squad but fortunately the pumpkin bombs are, after all this time, no longer active.

May sneaks out to follow Peter during a late night patrol, and Peter decides to give in and have the Slingers train her for a few issues, then she can fight crime with him, but only after she's been fully trained. However, a being resembling the Ultimate Green Goblin, fiery, demonic, and unbeatable, attacks the Slingers base before disappearing as if never there. Several Slingers are injured. The Goblin is an unstoppable force, yet disappears as soon as he appears. The attack makes the news, the only photo taken a shot of the demonic face bursting out of the fire at the camera. Liz begins to fear that Norman’s ghost is haunting them, and the Goblin is Norman. Harry, after the pumpkin bombs, takes Normie to a therapist, who informs Harry Roman is probably a subconscious Norman anagram and the kid has issues related to losing his Grandfather to a friend of his father's that everyone sees as a superhero. May is technically a mutant, so while the Slingers search for the Goblin, May is trained at the X-mansion school, befriending several young heroes.  It's a fun mini arc. Through the Slingers stuff and the X-men stuff, we begin to see May has a love of chemistry like her father. MJ wants to, after seeing the Renew Your Vows universe, be a hero with Peter, and he decides to personally train her with the Iron Spider armor.  Meanwhile, Normie speaks to “Roman” who we learn is depending on the situation a giant ultimate goblin like the one that attacked, or a shadowy man in the corner.Harry tries to talk to his son about Grandpa Norman, and how he wasn't a good person, but Roman tells Normie not to talk to Harry anymore. Harry begins to get angry at his son, and begins to change.

Peter receives word from the Slingers that they've discovered which Alchemex employee embezzled the money. The same one who’s son will inherit Alchemex when he turns 18, and the same one who has a big reason to hate Spidermen. Spiderman, the Slingers, and MJ/Iron Spider go to the Osborn family home, where Harry has just transformed into the Goblin and attacks them. There's a fight, but the combined might of our heroes is able to beat him. They save his Liz, plus his children Normie and Stanley from the fire. I'm a SHIELD guarded hospital Harry reverts mostly to normal, but this formula leaves him with scales and black eyes Carlie Cooper style. He claims to know nothing about what happened, and Spiderman guesses split personality caused by the death of Norman making him snap. He hopes it didn't emotionally scar the kids. This is when the kids go both go missing, and the ultimate goblin kidnaps May, returning home to the Avengers mansion by blackbird dressed in a Spidergirl costume she made at the X-mansion. Several heroes are taken down and the Goblin disappears. Scorpion is broken out of prison and he learns his mysterious benefactor’s identity. He laughs at the kid and tries to go, when Normie reveals that the exosuit Scorpion wears is set with bombs that only Normie knows how to activate or deactivate. Scorpion reluctantly decides to join Normie. Learning the news, MJ and Peter get ready to leave the hospital and to try and find her, and Liz reveals her fears that Norman’s ghost is doing this. We discover however, as Normie evilly monologues to his captured little brother and his friend May, that he's been slowly poisoning his father with Goblin serum as payment for his treachery! He betrayed his grandfather, and now has the scars to show it. Now, Spiderman must pay! Roman has told him what to do, told him where the weapons were, the extra goblin serum, the chemicals that altered his intelligence, made him smart enough to set this trap. Stanley cries and May tries to talk him out of what he's planning. Normie demands silence, and claims that Roman has shown him his weaknesses. Only by destroying them can he become strong, only by vanquishing them may he become the Goblin! The 12 year old is going full supervillain. Scorpion is staring at this kid in shock and with no idea what to make of him. Spider Man is able to track May after calling X-men using Cerebro, discovering she's at one of Norman’s hideouts in the remains of the Oscorp factory where the goblin serum was first developed, and goes after her with MJ. Hearing over the phone how much the X-men care about May, he begins to wonder if she would be a good fit at that school permanently. Harry informs Peter before he goes that Normie found some old Goblin gear in their home, maybe he took some goblin serum, not knowing what it was, and it changed him.

MJ and Peter find Normie, and attempt to talk him down as he prepares to kill May and Stanley. Normie reveals he did find Goblin serum, it allowed him to see Roman, who helped him steal from Alchemax, fight back against all the spiders that wanted to eat him, control and use his father as a weapon against the evil tiny spiders! Kids going crazier. Peter tries to tell Normie that the chemicals he took are making him see things, and are making him crazy. Normie goes nuts, releases Spider slayers, orders Scorpion to attack, seriously injures his brother, tries and fails to kill May, who uses her skills and spider abilities to fight him off, then feeling horrible guilt over attacking them, turns against Roman and runs away out of a secret exit, where he meets the X-men, Slingers, Fantastic Four, and Avengers, who have all been looking for May, trying to help Peter.

Normie is taken to be tested and hopefully cured but continues to vow vengeance, Spider Family reunites, Peter, after seeing his friends family fall apart thinks about how lucky he is that things turned out okay for him. May feels bad about Normie and promises to learn everything she can and help cure him. At this moment with all these heroes around, Peter decides it's a good time to ask her if there's a particular group of heroes she wants to be part of. She's become good friends with all the teams though, and decides that like Spiderman, she's going to be someone that is connected to all of them in different ways. In the future, May is going to meet the Richards kids and go on space adventures, team up with the X-men, fight evil as a young Avenger, and maybe even lead the Slingers years down the line when she gets older. She has a bright future ahead of her filled with fun, adventure, friends, and family, much like Peter and MJ do.

Changes:

-May is a full fledged Superhero
-So much is setup for a bright future of stories. This isn't the end, it's just the beginning

So that's what I’ve got. I’m going to stop for now, but maybe in the future I’ll do more. I have some ideas for The Slingers. Maybe I’ll do an article on that someday. Not now though, I have other unrelated articles on the pipeline I want to do first. These are very exciting and related to the X-men movies.
