According to the good folks from IGN, Activision's booth at this year's New York Comic Con has put on display a teaser poster; a poster that seemingly confirms a video game adaptation of Sony and Marc Webb's much-anticipated Spidey reboot, The Amazing Spider-Man, coming our way. While it isn't a major surprise, check out the poster below, and expect more info as the convention continues.

Activision's New York Comic-Con booth has a poster for The Amazing Spider-Man game that sports the Beenox logo (aka the developers of Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions and Spider-Man: Edge of Time). No release date was on the banner, but you can assume it'll come right around the movie's July 4th release date.

The Amazing Spider-Man focuses more on Peter Parker’s high school days and the development of his powers while navigating the troubles of a brainy geek in high school. And starring Andrew Garfield (Peter Parker), Emma Stone (Gwen Stacy), Denis Leary (George Stacy), Rhys Ifans (Curt Conners), Martin Sheen (Ben Parker), and Sally Field (May Parker), the film hits July 3, 2012 in 3D!
