The folks from Art Asylum have got a hold of press images for Diamond Select's 7-inch action figure modeled after Spidey's appearance in the Marc Webb-directed reboot, The Amazing Spider-Man. While we got a sneak peek in the midst of the New York Comic Con last week, check out the promos below.

If you swung by the Diamond Select Toys booth at New York Comic-Con this past weekend, you were treated to a sneak peek at an upcoming Marvel Select figure: DST’s rendering of native New Yorker the Amazing Spider-Man, from the upcoming movie starring Andrew Garfield! Standing 7 inches tall with 16 points of articulation, Spidey comes with an alternate set of hands and a display base made up to look like a New York City building facade. Check out the gallery below, and look for Spidey (and another yet-to-be-revealed figure) to hit stores next summer, shortly before ASM’s premiere!

The Amazing Spider-Man focuses more on Peter Parker’s high school days and the development of his powers while navigating the troubles of a brainy geek in high school. And starring Andrew Garfield (Peter Parker), Emma Stone (Gwen Stacy), Denis Leary (George Stacy), Rhys Ifans (Curt Conners), Martin Sheen (Ben Parker), & Sally Field (May Parker), the films hits July 3, 2012 in 3D!
