The ending of Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse has the fans chatting and waiting in sheer anticipation for the upcoming events that are set in motion for the third and final installment of the Miles Morales Spider-Man trilogy, Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse.
After accidentally being sent back home to the wrong universe, Miles Morales finds himself in a different dimension -- one without Spider-Man, and one where he meets a variant of himself who had been trained by his own Uncle Aaron to become The Prowler.
While we know nothing concerning the identity of this Miles Morales variant, other than being this universe's Prowler, an over-minute long animated sequence showcasing Aaron Davis training his version of Miles Morales was shared by Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse Director, Kemp Powers.
Powers did not claim whether this footage was meant to be in Across The Spider-Verse, or if we will see a final version of the sequence in Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse, but for the time being it is confirmed to have just been test footage to show the gradual development of this Earth 42 variant of Miles, back then known as 'Wiles', being trained by Uncle Aaron to become The Prowler.
