Peter wakes up and puts his clothes on, stuffing his suit into his bag right after. He goes downstairs to give Aunt May a hug and goes to school. While Aunt May stays and looks at the mortgage she has to pay, she sobs as Peter hears from outside the door.
The scene then cuts to Peter going through his classes, another flashback showing the night Uncle Ben was murdered, Peter has an argument with his Uncle Ben about the way he's been acting around the house, never greeting them or telling them you love them. Peter defends himself with his words that silence both his Aunt and Uncle, Peter goes off to a party and slams the door.
The scene is at night around 7:00 PM, Peter strolls through the party and finds MJ getting harassed by a drunken Flash Thompson, Peter tells him to back off, a small fight ensues between him, Flash, and his friend, Kenny. The two teenagers leave the party while Peter sits on the couch to comfort MJ.
After a while, MJ lectures Peter and tells him to apologize about the way he acted to his Aunt and Uncle. Peter then leaves to make amends.
The next scene shows Ben and May playing Checkers, there's a noise in the living room, Ben investigates but he gets shot.
Peter is shown to be sitting on the couch as Aunt May is explaining all this to the officers. The scene cuts to the present and it shows a teacher calling out his name, Peter snaps the desk and everyone whips out their phones to take a photo.
The scene cuts again to Peter sneaking out at night in his costume, sneaking into a precinct to steal his Uncle's case. Peter looks through it as he feels there's something still missing from the case. Just then, his phone alerts him to a heist in progress, Peter swings to the location only to find The Enforcers driving away, Spider-Man latches along and follows them closely to a ware house.
Spider-Man climbs to a nearby wall and observes the rundown, a gate opens up and the person waiting is Hammerhead. Spider-Man swings through the gate and attacks head-on all three Enforcers, besides a few quips here and there, Spider-Man is eventually beaten by Hammerhead and knocked unconscious.
They take off his mask, with one of them taking a photo to find out who he is. Then they dump his body into a dumpster.
The scene cuts to black.
Peter wakes up and searches for his mask, putting it on he finds his phone, and a message stating "WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE, PETER PARKER."
Peter swings home to find the house completely empty. He throws his suit in the wash and takes a shower. The scene cuts to Peter trying to contact Aunt May, but to no availability.
Peter texts MJ and tells her to meet him at his place. The next shot shows Peter talking to MJ about his Uncle's case, MJ goes on her phone and asks Peter to grab the evidence. Peter goes to his room and grabs the case he stole; they look through each piece of evidence together.
Later, Peter's spidey sense tingles and tells MJ to hide. Peter grabs his web shooters to face the Enforcers, Peter manages to beat Fancy Dan, but he runs out of web fluid. Fancy Dan ends up escaping. The next shot shows Peter getting pummelled before they go looking for MJ.
Peter blacks out, the scene goes black.
The flashback shows Peter crying on a rooftop, having just faced the robber. The robber's face was the one he could have stopped when he was exiting a TV studio; Peter falls to his knees. Uncle Ben's words make him get up once more, hearing "With great power, there always comes a greater responsibility.” Peter puts on the mask, and makes a vow to himself.
It cuts to the present, Peter looks to find MJ but she's nowhere to be found. He looks at the case and sees that the robber was involved with Hammerhead’s crew and was partly working with the Enforcers a while ago before he was kicked out. The next scene shows Peter suiting up, ready to take the kidnappers down for good.
Meanwhile, it's shown that MJ is held hostage by Hammerhead, she is afraid. Peter swings through the NYC skyline and searches for answers. He sees a small African-American boy being chased by Fancy Dan, Peter beats him to a pulp to ask where the other two are.
The scene cuts to Peter swinging in full force at the warehouse to attack the other two henchmen guarding MJ. He makes a distraction by making a noise. Hammerhead, with his tommy gun, hears the noise and commands Ox and Hammer Harrison to investigate. Peter then comes out of nowhere and beats them and webs them up to the gate and tells MJ to call 911 as he swings away. Some of Kingpin’s men with machine guns come in but Spidey takes them down The next shot is Peter sitting against the door.
Peter breaks into the office of Hammerhead, only to find him waiting already. A fight ensues; Peter is beaten to near-death before he hears his Uncle's voice. Peter fights again using his web and spider powers. He throws Hammerhead out the window.
The next scene cuts to Fisk's office talking to his wife, a body crashes through the window and it's revealed to be Hammerhead unconscious. Fisk looks outside the window to see a silhouette staring at him, before swinging away. Peter leaves a note on the body, "Courtesy, your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man."
Hammerhead then goes to the hospital with broken bones. The NYPD was investigating him the whole time and had evidence to take him down. Hammerhead then gets sent to prison, facing charges of robbery, and attempted murder. Kingpin leaves the court room, not impressed with Hammerhead, since he failed him. When he exits, the door shuts.
The next shot is Peter sitting against the door; he notices a spider hanging on the window.
One more flashback reveals Peter at a science expedition with the science class at Oscorp. When the class looks at radioactive spiders, one spider gets on Peter. He gets bitten and a bunch of scientists including Norman Osborn getting furious at his staff for losing it. Peter faints and the scene then blacks out.
The next shot is Peter sitting against the door; he hears Aunt May come home and hugs her tightly. The camera pans out to reveal another shot of Peter visiting his Uncle's grave, mask in hand, Peter tells all that's happened. He hears sirens, and at this moment, he hears Uncle Ben's words that made him get up once more, hearing "With great power, there always comes a greater responsibility.”
He swings through the city, following the officers discreetly, bearing a certain pride as he swings through the streets.

THE END.

After-credits:
The shot opens with Peter eating a hot-dog in Manhattan, scrolling through his phone. The camera pans to show a van rolling up beside Peter. A woman comes out, Maria Hill, telling him to get in the van.

This has it's heart in the right place but it needs a little re-working. I love the idea of having Spider-man start out as a street-level crime fighter and gradually build up his status in the MCU. I'd love to see a cross-over with Daredevil or Luke Cage. This is similar to what Venom2000000 said in his video. I hope Marvel is taking notes.

This is a great read, I really enjoyed how you framed Spidey as the down-to-earth kid who's not always doing the absolute right thing. I think the only thing it suffers from is the use of flashbacks; a few here and there would be play as probably relevant to the story, but it seemed like you were trying to squeeze out an origin story within another story!
