New SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME TV Spot Features More Of Spidey's Battles With Electro & Doc Ock

Yet another TV spot for Spider-Man: No Way Home has been shared online, and this one features quite a bit of new footage as Tom Holland's Webhead faces off against Electro and Doc Ock.

The Spider-Man: No Way Home TV spots have been hitting the web on a fairly regular basis as the movie's release date draws near, and while many of them recycle shots from the previously released trailers, this latest promo features quite a bit of new footage.

The spot begins with a new look at Electro (Jamie Foxx), who is clearly relishing the opportunity to wreak havoc in the new universe he finds himself in. From there, we get another glimpse of the charged-up villain attacking Spidey, as well as a few more snippets of the Webhead's battle with Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina) on that bridge.

There might be a very quick new shot of the Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe) in there, too, but we can't be certain.

Still no sign or hints of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Men, but if Sony Pictures is planning on officially announcing their involvement prior to the threequel's debut, it will most likely happen this coming Monday when tickets go on sale.

"For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero's identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse."

The movie also stars Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei, J. B. Smoove, Benedict Wong, and J.K. Simmons. Spider-Man: No Way Home arrives in U.S. on December 17 and in the UK on December 15.

@Fogs - Yeah man,the last time I was excited for a comic book movie was Avengers:Endgame, a little for Spider-Man:Far From Home but nothing after that unless Joker came out after Spider-Man:Far From Home. I was excited for that.

@marvel72 - It's a great movie period, not only a CBM. Could be any character there and would rock anyway.

Ngl, wished they kept his Dr Manhattan look. It was cool, with the whole storm going on in his head.

@KWilly - i think his look is something most people didnt have a problem with, most of the issue stem from characterization

Why do you say “still no sign of Andrew and Tobey”? We don’t wanna see them lol. We wanna go in freshhhhh. Hopefully Sony keeps showing a whole bunch of nothing.

What's really going on is my question? Dr. Strange could defeat all six of these villains alone.

So glad theyre not showing too much of the villains. I hope there’s a lot of suprises in this film. I hope there’s lots of great dialogue and moments with our classic returning nostaligabosses. And I hope they rejig Electro, Sandman and Lizard to be half decent. I hope.

Went back and rewatched Spiderman 3 the other day. You know if you take out Tobey’s atrocious ‘dark’ performance (hahahahaha) and its associated haircut, and take out Topher Grace, it’s not bad. It’s Venom suddenly looks fantastic compared to the dogshit we’ve been getting, it’s just Eddie that’s lame. But venom itself was actually scary and alien and monstrous, and the effects were way better, even though the design is crap. And the action! Oh the action. Even the first fight with Peter and Harry on the glider has more great action than the entire two MCU Spidey films combined. There’s another hope for this one. Some decent action. The Raimi films were off the charts in skill as far as direction goes. Amazing.

Despite all the characters jam packed into this movie, the story has always seemed pretty focused on these villains wanting to find their way home (Except maybe Electro who I think wants to stay in the MCU).

What I'm trying to say is this movie shouldn't have too much to juggle unlike TASM2

I predict that as we get closer to the release of this film, Sony will release more and more tv spots with more and more new footage until eventually, most of the movie will been spoiled just like ASM 2.

@TopBoy - See, for previous films that happened sure, but they're VERY clearly just showing us mainly

- First Act
- Bridge Scene
- Heavily edited clips from final battle

There's LOADS they keeping hidden

@SeanMPC - yes I’d agree most if this footage revolves around a few scenes. Imagine everyone’s faces when Chris Evans appears as Johnny Storm!

@SeanMPC - They kept much of the movie out it seems, compared to tasm2 the only omteraction shown with villains is with doc ock mainly and a few electro scenes but no hints of Sandman goblin and lizard dialoguw

Even if there isn't a 6th villain it seems that the lingering villain is Mysterio. His last minute illusion to harm Peter is the reason the spell was cast and the reason Peter is at his most desperate. The resentment some people have toward Spider-Man thanks to Jameson is because of Mysterio. So despite Peter battling multiverse villains, Mysterio is still the direct threat to Peter's life.
