Excitement for Spider-Man: No Way Home continues to build, and with that December release date drawing near, we're starting to see more and more from the Marvel Studios/Sony Pictures movie.
Hyundai is one of the threequel's promotional partners, and the company has announced today that filmmaker Jon Watts directed a commercial for them that will premiere on November 22. As you might expect, the ad will feature Spider-Man (we're assuming Tom Holland is in the suit), and a sneak peek has now been released.
In the preview below, a seemingly dejected Peter Parker is shown walking through unfamiliar surroundings, and he makes a point of shooting one of his webs at a Mysterio-style scarecrow as a car approaches. It would be quite something if that pulled up and Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield were inside, eh?
Check out a first look at the Spider-Man: No Way Home tie-in below:
"For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero's identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk," reads the new synopsis. "When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse."
Among the film's confirmed cast members are Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei, J. B. Smoove, Benedict Wong, J.K. Simmons, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx. Based on the new trailer, we can now add Willem Dafoe, Thomas Haden Church, and Rhys Ifans to that impressive list of actors (fingers crossed for Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield).
Spider-Man: No Way Home arrives in U.S. on December 17 and in the UK on December 15.
