Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's involvement in Spider-Man: No Way Home has to one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood, especially after some recent leaks.
A photo of Garfield suited up as his version of Spider-Man recently started to do the rounds on social media, but no one really believed it was real until Sony Pictures begun to hit Twitter accounts with copyright notices. It's worth noting that in the weeks that have followed, no one has located the source of the image (it may have been taken from a featurette for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, for example).
It's now been followed by a video that allegedly shows Garfield alongside Maguire's Spidey. A version with audio has even surfaced, and it appears to feature the Spider-Man star's voice and a glimpse of Tom Holland. It's either an amazing fake or a spectacular early sneak peek.
Whatever the case may be, it's an exciting time for fans of this hero, especially as it's looking a lot like we're going to be taken into the MCU's version of the Spider-Verse come December 17.
