SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME New Footage Shows More Of Doctor Strange's Battle With The Wall-Crawler

New footage from Spider-Man: No Way Home has found its way online, and it features a lengthier version of that battle between Doctor Strange and the webbed wonder. As you can see, the Sorcerer Supreme uses a portal to catch Spider-Man with his own webbing and proceeds to yank him back down to Earth before knocking the hero's Astral Form straight out of his body.

It's a cool moment, and one we know leads to a massive battle between the two Avengers as they fight it out through New York City and into the Mirror Dimension. Based on the latest trailer for the movie, the heroes throw down because Spidey attempts to steal the mysterious box that's used to either trap or send those Variant villains back to their home dimensions (to die at their Spider-Man's hands).

Check out this newly revealed Spider-Man: No Way Home footage below:

"For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero's identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk," reads the new synopsis. "When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse."

Among the film's confirmed cast members are Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei, J. B. Smoove, Benedict Wong, J.K. Simmons, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx. Based on the new trailer, we can now add Willem Dafoe, Thomas Haden Church, and Rhys Ifans to that impressive list of actors (fingers crossed for Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield).

Spider-Man: No Way Home arrives in U.S. on December 17 and in the UK on December 15.

Unlike Stark and Mysterio, Strange really seems so done with Spider-Man. Atleast that's a nice shaking up of the mentor formula these Spider-Man movies seem to follow

Doctor Strange would destroy Spider-Man in a real fight.

The guy took on Thanos on his own.

@marvel72 - in the comics it depends on the situation. i think they reduce or took out most of the spell chants on film, but in the comics u just have to stop dr strange from chanting spells then he can be defeated easily. they added alot more hand movements to substitute the spell chants. but spiderman just has to web his mouth and give him an ass whopping lol (back in my days comic reading)

@mastakilla39 - I feel like you could beat him by preventing him from using his hands to cast spells. Ebony Maw managed to beat Strange by doing that mostly. So I wonder how it would go if Spidey just webs up his hands

@marvel72 - to be faaaair (in Letterkenny fashion), Strange had 14 million chances to practice the Thanos fight, while Thanos thought he was meeting Maw to pick up a stone.

@MeAreLegend - More like arms, you don't need hands to do spells. Master Hamir proved it in Doctor Strange.

I’m looking forward to their dynamics/banter/arguing more than anything else in NWH including seeing Tobey or Andrew come into the mix

Ugh CGI-Man AGAIN. Who was I kidding to think they were going to leave the practical suit alone this time around?

Just saw "Ghostbusters: Afterlife" yesterday here in Brazil, "No Way Home" was the only trailer they played and it has that scene at the very end. Guess they're dumping all the extra bits for us folks down here. My spider-sense is telling me the theater is gonna be PACKED opening night...
