More TV spots for Spider-Man: No Way Home have found their way online today, giving us plenty of new footage for us to take a deep dive into. For starters, there are some amazing shots of both Sandman and Electro, with Spidey at one point stuck in the giant Flint Marko's fist. Jamie Foxx, meanwhile, gets to speak - and power up - and looks like he's stepped straight out of the comics.
Spidey's battle with Doctor Octopus also gets a fair bit of attention, and it feels like we'll have seen a big chunk of this encounter before the threequel swings into theaters. As well as seeing more of Otto's confusion that this isn't his Peter Parker, we witness the villain's surprise at the wall-crawler's four extra arms!
There are lots of other spectacular snippets to be found, but chief among them are the now seemingly finished visual effects for Spider-Man's clash with Doctor Strange. The imagery there is truly mind-bending, and we'd be willing to bet on this sequence being a highlight in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Honestly, if your heart isn't racing with excitement after watching these, we don't know what to say...
"For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero's identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk," reads the new synopsis. "When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse."
Among the film's confirmed cast members are Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei, J. B. Smoove, Benedict Wong, J.K. Simmons, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx. Based on the new trailer, we can now add Willem Dafoe, Thomas Haden Church, and Rhys Ifans to that impressive list of actors (fingers crossed for Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield).
Spider-Man: No Way Home arrives in U.S. on December 17 and in the UK on December 15.
