With the triumphant (and incredibly campy) opening line, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, wow," the Japanese Spider-Man TV series bursts upon an unsuspecting American audience, courtesy of Marvel Comics.

Motorcycle chases, ninjas, flying robots, cyborgs… the Japanese Spider-Man TV series has got everything we love about Japanese cinema!

Episode 4

The Terrifying Half Mer-Man! Calling the Miracle Silver Thread

In this episode, Professor Monster works to create a program that can kill Spiderman, and the two men meet face to face for the first time!

I just died a little inside...

Wouldn't they have to go through Stan-Lee to get approval for this? If so why the hell is he letting this god-awful disgrace of a show happen. The villian looks like a shitty wannabe Dr. Doom. The little henchmen look like ducks and, ROBOTS, MOTORCYCLES, TALKING SPIDERS!?!?! Didnt know the charlottes web spider was [frick]ing the spider who bit Peter Parker.

Someone help me take this down and erase it from history.
