Actress Mageina Tovah returns as Ursala Ditkovich, Peter Parker's shy and kindly neighbor, in Spider-Man 3, according to Comics Continuum.
The 26-year-old Tovah, who also cameoed on The Shield, started the role of the landlord's daughter in Spider-Man 2.
