According to James Franco (Harry Osborn) Spider-Man may be filming as soon as this January.

The Boston Herald recently interviewed James Franco, who plays Harry Osborn in the "Spider-Man" films, at the Cannes Film Festival.

As for "Spider-Man 3," which is expected to arrive in 2007, Franco said, "I've met with (director) Sam Raimi a few times and we're planning on filming in January. ... I thought the second one was better than the first, and I think this one will be better than both."
