Spider-Man 3 which premieres in theaters May 25, 2007 will share that weekend with Shrek 3 and a new Ben Stiller/Jim Carrey comedy called Used Guys, according to Box Office Mojo.
It's likely one or more of the blockbusters will blink and pick another date.
Used Guys has Carrey and Stiller in a future world run by women.
