Henry Cavill Praises Zack Snyder's Script For Man of Steel!

The new Superman thinks the script is one of the best scripts I've ever read.

Henry Cavill was in attendance at Comic Con in San Diego this weekend as part of the panel for his up-coming film "Immortals".
Our own Jeffrey Bridges was in the audience for this panel and, while there was no Superman news to come from the panel, he did state: "Cavill carries himself the same way Brandon Routh does, though. Reminds me of him very much, very classy, respectful and kind. Perhaps those traits help them get cast as Superman".

The LA Times posted an article on the panel and ended their report with this paragraph...

Hero Complex's Geoff Boucher, who moderated the panel, tried to get Cavill to share some details about the upcoming "Superman" movie. But the young British actor wasn't willing to say much. "It's one of the best scripts I've ever read. I'm quite humbled by the whole experience and can't wait to get started."

Warner Bros is incompetent. Let's hope they get at least get this film right. An accurate portrayal of Superman is long-overdue esp after the fiascos of 'Snoreville' and 'Stalkerman Returns'

I'm glad neither routh nor welling got near this gig.

Best scrip he ever read. Well you gotta love your own. I'm all good when they pushed the date back to 2013. At least there's no need to rush and hoping they could get it right this time around. Can't wait, I hope I don't die before June 14, 2013. LOL ;)

It's been a while, but I'll have to start with "Zack Snyder's script"?? That would really make this film crash and burn. Still, the casting of Russell Crowe was a welcome piece of news. He's gonna totally overshadow Cavill.

I love how people say WB is incompetent when it's actually pretty successful...

@ MegaMattMOS - Yeah, WB are only responsible for a lot of very successful films; The Dark Knight, Full Metal Jacket, 300, Inception, Sherlock Holmes, New Jack City, The Matrix, Lethal Weapon, the list goes on.

MegaMattMOS- Lately you've been trying to nail me on every comment and I don't know why. Yeah WB are incompetent when it comes to DC films. Look- they screwed up Superman in 2006 with a boring nearly 3 hour love-letter to Donner. Then they [frick]ed up Jonah Hex and now Green Lantern. They [frick] up CBMs that either aren't BATMAN...or some elseworlds one-shot CBM- (Watchmen and V for Vendetta)

Most people on this site have realized that WB's been [frick]ing up CBMs a lot lately and some put them down at FOX's level.
