Cool interview Ed!

Is it just me, or does he seem a little embarrassed playing a superhero character. He kept having to justify everything he said.

No, I don't think he was embarrassed at all. I think his concern was coming across as looking goofy. As I think I say in one of the subsequent parts of this interview, I was on the set of the Star Trek film First Contact, and I have to tell you: the Borgified portions of the Enterprise looked INCREDIBLY phony, but then shot under the proper lighting it looked incredible on screen. So the concern is: how will the costume come across? Can't wait to find out on Friday night.

Cool, thanks for clearing that up Ed.

I dont think this guy looks the part physically, his face may have the look of a hero and he's probably the best actor for the part but he seems a little too wimpy, he couldve bulked up a little.

Well as other people have stated he is a retired hero who hasn't been active for a couple decades, so he wouldn't be in as good of shape.

I want that suit.

where do they film Smallville at?

Nevermind, i'd probably end up like the guy at the beginning of the Kick A$$ trailer......

anyway, I am looking forward to this sooooo much. You guys don't know how much I've been waiting for this.

probably shouldn't mention this, but thank the anonimity of the internet for the following info. Almost 20 years ago I got a tattoo of Hawkman on my right leg. And, no not the Thanagar Hawkman, it is Carter Hall as depicted in the last issues of All Star Comics, and again in the 70's revival. Yup...old cloth helmet. I chose that depiction just so there would be no question as to which Hawkman it is.

ok, rant over.
