Due to the impending 5-day weekend in the US, the Box Office had a shortened week.
THOR
Domestic Earnings --
Weekend (Fri-Sun): $15,455,304
Weekday (Mon-Wed): $4,049,066
Predicted Weekend Take: $10-11 Million
Totals --
Domestic US: $149,411,000

Note: This weekend will definitely push the film past $400 million worldwide. As of Friday, Thor officially passed $150 million domestically and $400 million internationally. It should cross $160 million as of Monday, and be within spitting distance of $170mil by Thursday.
Rank Among Highest Earning Marvel Films (Out of 23) --
Domestic: 11th (Up from 14th last week.)
International: 6th
Worldwide: 8th (Up from 9th last week.)
Note: A minimum addition of 10 million over the holiday weekend should push the film past the first "X-Men" and "Fantastic Four" movies to take 9th place on the US chart.
On the Worldwide chart, that same 10 million, plus whatever it makes overseas, would easily allow the film to pass "X2: X-Men United" for 7th.
Check, and Check! As of Sunday, all of these predictions have been met. Thor now holds Top Ten spots on all three charts.
As the film is starting to lose more theater screens to new releases, expect any further chart climbing to come farther out.
