Marvel’s “Thor: The Dark World” continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvel’s “Thor” and “Marvel’s The Avengers,” Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all. It opens in theaters November 8, 2013.

Not much of a Thor fan, but I'll be seeing it. Mainly for the end credit teases. The movie itself looks decent, though. Hope it does well!

Cant wait for this movie! As for the humor...sure it can have a negative effect on the serious drama here and there but that doesn't make the movie "bad". can't wait for the trolls to start coming on review threads and talk about how "worst marvel movie yet blah blah cuz of the comedy" once this movie comes out...next few weeks will be hilarious

'You know with all that power, I thought you would hit harder."

HAHA love it! Despite the underwhelming running time and somewhat OK reviews, I remain excited. Can't wait.

Looks awesome. I'm fine with the humor, don't mind that he's taking his shirt off, and the run time doesn't bother me. Totally excited for the movie.

@ Marvel1997, counter with "Man of Steel was the best superhero movie ever!!!" I remember seeing tons of those claims pre-release.

MrMegaDeath - You're very hard to read on this site. Sometime you seem to start flame wars, other times you quietly post your opinion and leave it at that.

But..."SAID THE GUY WHO WORSHIPS IM3" doesn't make sense if you're knocking 0megaDaGod. Of course someone who enjoyed IM3 is likely to enjoy this, especially considering the reviews this movie is getting. If he was saying there's going to be too much comedy, then what you said would be a good knock.

"I think he missed the part where even people who initially hated the movie are now starting to see how good it was."

I agree with that. :D

This movie hasn't been getting "ok" reviews matter of fact most of them have been 4/5's

Just because every reviews isn't omg this is the best movie EVA doesn't mean it wdon't be good.

Lets keep the giant continuity error and the shitstain that was Iron Man 3 out of the thread people. This is an article about Thor and Thor: The Dark World.

Nobody cares about some nobody fanboy shitting on a film that's going to have major box office success.

You won't stop aynthing in the least, fanboys really don't realize that their opinion's aren't nearly as important as they think.
BigThor
BigThor - 10/26/2013, 1:47 PM
Upright fanboys are the only people on earth who see humor as a "bad thing" even when most of the humor is being praised.

I seriously don’t understand why y’all are so apposed to humor. It seems like a lot of you would be a drag to hang out with. PS I did like IM3 more than MOS but I like both movies. SMH
