As many of you will be aware, Hela is Loki's (alleged) daughter in the comics, but it looks like the character's familial ties with the God of Mischief will be getting a slight makeover in Thor: Ragnarok.

Both Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo appeared on Australian chat show The Project to discuss the film, but things took a turn for the awkward when the interviewer repeatedly referred to the Goddess of Death as "Thor's sister." To be fair, this alteration to the source material does make more sense than keeping Hela as Loki's daughter, and should add an interesting dynamic between the warring siblings.

Thoughts? Thor: Ragnarok hits theaters on November 3.
