Transformers Age of Extinction is NOWHERE near as bad as everyone thinks it is. I'm going to put it up there with DOFP and CA2 for this year's summer blockbusters. I enjoyed it that much.

Are u high age of extinction is the worst one yet. I actually liked darkside of the moon. I walked into this movie with the lowest expectations and still couldn't sit through the whole movie! I've seen syfy movies with better scripts. Its like bay really just film a bunch of scenes with no script. This is not a popcorn summer flick. This is garbage juice!!

@BlackestNight While I agree it's not as bad as people are saying I personally wouldn't put it anywhere near DOFP & CAP 2. It was a lot better than Transformers 2/3 and a lot of fun. I think it was better than the sequels in that it cuts back on the dumb humour, the action is better paced, the characters are more likeable (even the bad ones) and the story is a tad more interesting. Mindless summer popcorn flick overall.

Agreed. once you accept Bays transformers for what they are they actually get better. The action can't be topped, there's things going off left and right it's amazing how much detail they put into everything. I just don't get why the Autobots always abandon Optimus when he gets into a fight and almost lost his life again cause of it. In fact the autobots are always just running around, there's shots of them driving across a bridge and then nothing after that, wouldnt it have been easier if they helped kill Lockdown instead of Marky Mark?

Just saw it and I can truely say that it took all the aweful shit from the first 3 and ditched it. This is actually a very good movie that isn't getting judged by its own merit, but is getting judged by the specter of the previous 3 which it blows out of the water.

Gotta have a monster we know though, so get of ur asses & get all the rights to whatever Toho nonsense u need & give us what we want! Mothra! King Ghidorah! Gigan! Hell, King Caesar would give most of us a stroke! Rodan!!! My best to all. Go Blue. :)
