Hasbro and Machinima are ramping up the star power for the final act of the Transformers: Prime Wars Trilogy, with both Mark Hamill (Star Wars: The Last Jedi) and Ron Perlman (Hellboy) joining the cast.

Hamill actually makes his debut as Megatronus (The Fallen) in tonight's finale of Transformers: Titans Return. The description teases:

"One of the Thirteen Original Primes, Megatronus was exiled from Cybertron after murdering one of the other Thirteen, Solus Prime, effectively becoming the first Decepticon. In the finale episode of Transformers: Titans Return, he stays true to his past in a deadly showdown with one of the show’s beloved heroes."

Perlman, meanwhile, will make his debut in the third and final chapter of the trilogy, Transformers: Power Of The Primes, which is set to debut in the spring of 2018. Perlman will voice Optimus Primal, and will be joined by a star-studded cast that includes fan favorites Hamill, Judd Nelson as Rodimus Cron, Wil Wheaton as Perceptor, Jaime King (Star Wars: The Clone Wars) as Solus Prime, WWE superstar Samoa Joe as Predaking, DashieGames (Menasor), MatPat (Computron) and Rob Dyke (Devastator).

The Titans Returns finale and Powers Of The Primes debut on go90 worldwide - except in China, where it airs on Sohu.com and Japan. Power of The Primes will consist of 10 episodes, each approximately 11 minutes in length.

Mark Hamil has lizard eyes in that picture above. I hope my Illuminati application goes through before the prophesy is fulfilled.

@Forthas - no one can replace Doug Bradley.

@Antithesis - I agree, but at the same time he is "long in the tooth" so it is reasonable to replace him and I also do think this franchise COULD be done better. So I am eager for a reboot although honestly, the trailer makes it look like a "run of the mill" low budget horror film. I am doubtful it elevates the franchise.
