On October 20th, those awaiting Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen will be able to add the film to their DVD or Blu-ray collection. But you don't need to wait that long in order to know what will be featured on either formats.
You'll have the option of the Single Disc DVD version, Two Disc DVD Special Edition, Two Disc Blu-ray Special Edition or the Two-Movie Mega Collection that offers both films in one package on either Blu-ray or DVD format.

BLU-RAY EXCLUSIVE:

Applying the ALLSPARK to certain custom combinations enables four new robot characters with special powers. If viewers discover all four, they unlock a fifth vehicle, which reveals a top secret message about the future of the TRANSFORMERS movie franchise.

No Details have been released for the Mega Movie Collection except the DVD version will be Two-Disc, whereas the Blu-ray will be a Four Disc feature
