It Looks Like These Two Fan-Favourite Comic Book Characters Will Appear In THE WALKING DEAD Season 7
Are you ready to pay a visit to The Kingdom? Based on a new casting call for season seven of The Walking Dead, Ezekiel is coming, but are we going to see his tiger Shiva as well? Hit the jump for details...
There have been rumours about this for a while, but TV Line reveals that season seven of The Walking Dead is currently looking to cast a character who sounds an awful lot like Ezekiel. Named "Augustus" in the casting call, he's described as, "flamboyant and wise, nice and weird." AMC are looking for an African American actor (obviously) who is in his 40s, so this is definitely the leader of The Kingdom.
Adding another community into the mix is obviously going to further expand the world of Rick Grimes and his fellow survivors, and while there's currently no word on whether Ezekiel's tiger Shiva will show up, it wouldn't feel right having one without the other! However, as the animal will likely be brought to life with CGI, Shiva being used sparingly is pretty likely. Regardless, following the death of whoever it was that met Lucille in the season finale, both Alexandria and The Hilltop will no doubt be glad of some backup when they go to war with the Saviours!
