During DC FanDome, HBO Max announced that Doom Patrol will return for a fourth season. A premiere date wasn't announced, but this is bound to make fans of the quirky DC Comics series happy (there was once speculation it might be axed when the DC Universe streaming app was closed down).

As of right now, no details have been revealed about what to expect from the show's planned return.

Season 3 is currently streaming on HBO Max and will continue to drop new episodes weekly every Thursday until November 11. Now, we have a mid-season trailer for Doom Patrol to share with you!

Check it out below:

Doom Patrol reimagines one of DC’s most beloved groups of superheroes who all suffered horrible accidents that gave them superhuman abilities, but also left them scarred and disfigured. Part support group, part superhero team, the Doom Patrol is a band of superpowered freaks who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them.

In season 3, the Doom Patrol is at a difficult crossroads and each member struggles to face who they are and who they want to be. And things get a whole lot more complicated when Madame Rouge arrives in a time machine with a very specific mission, if only she could remember it. The show's cast includes Brendan Fraser, Matt Bomer, Diane Guerrero, April Bowlby, Joivan Wade, Timothy Dalton, Skye Roberts and Michelle Gomez.

What do you guys think of this new look at season 3? Are you excited for more Doom Patrol?

Last episode was pretty stupid. Show feels like it's going in circles. Desperately misses Mr Nobody too.

At least Rog shows up again.
