As one of the newly undead, Liv has devised a way to resist her baser urges to devour fresh human brains – she’s taken a job in the Seattle coroner’s office. In this appropriately dead-end job, she can secretly snack on the brains of the many Jane and John Doe corpses that make a final stop in the morgue. Liv remains resigned to an eternity without hope or purpose, until she realizes that with every brain she consumes, she retains a portion of that person’s memories, and she begins to experience visions from the point of view of the murder victims. It’s not the same as being alive again, but at least she can find purpose in her undead existence by helping to solve the murders of those who are indeed fully dead.

"More importantly I don't get feminist bullshit propaganda out of it like I do from Agent Carter, or the likelihood of it in Supergirl and Jessica Jones."

Hmmmm .... second time I see you post something about women and feminism. It's troubling that you feel this way, seen as you have a problem with women that are you know women ... strong, independent, complex, selfless, heroic etc. You do realize that women just like men are more then capable of possessing this qualities and virtues? It ain't propaganda, at least not more then male centric tv shows with heroic/badass protagonist.

Well if that's how you feel about Agent Carter which does a great job displaying women's condition in post WWII America, then you might want to stay away from the likes of Mad Men and Orphan black.

"About feminism actually, as I have no problem with women."

Do you know what feminism is ? because I don't think you know what a feminist is or what feminism is.

"So women that don't possess those characteristics, aren't "women"... And yet I am somehow the one who has a problem with women."

No I never said that, I listed a few traits/characteristics among them "complex" and then "etc" which means any other trait you could think of such as "flawed".

"It is propaganda when show runners have to get out of the way to flaunt gender issues and physical equality. From what I heard it does a poor job portraying post WWII conditions, a lot of which is an elsewhere world, her ridiculous fighting skills alone should be a telltale sign (without going into all the other fiction)."

Nope, in Agent Carter the show runners are simply showing exactly what was going on in post WWII America. After WWII when all the men returned from war, women who had taken the jobs left by men and obviously the jobs needed for the war effort(building tanks, guns etc) found themselves in an odd place. They were either bullied back into the kitchen through harassment or fired by employers who would give men preference. Agent Carter works in a sexist environment which was very much a reality back then especially after WWII, men constantly underestimate and harass her. She's disliked and they all want her out because ... it's a "man's job". The fact that the show deals with sexism and oppression of females during that time(or anytime really) is appropriate and makes complete sense given the time period and it's settings.Despite all this, there would be NOTHING wrong with a show intentionally looking to send a feminist or racial point because after all that's what art(which television can be)can and should do, make us question this issues.

"her ridiculous fighting skills alone should be a telltale sign"

So you have a problem with a fictional female character being able to kick ass yet you're ok with a fictional male character like Batman being able to kick ass ? I mean it's been made clear that she's will trained, add to that the fact that men constantly underestimate her and yes she could beat the shit out of them especially when she's using her brain. But hey I understand that women naturally don't have as much lower or upper body strength as men but they do beat us at endurance for sure( am pretty sure that's what you're talking about when you say "physical equality"). But in a world where Batman can some how throw Superman via the explanation that he used his momentum against him then yes Agent Carter could very well do the same use their momentum(strength/power)against them. But I get what you're trying to say, but in the comic book world I just don't take it to heart because no one does for men either ... I mean even in the movie world men do some super human stuff so why be soo picky with women ? are they not allowed the same fantasy action ?

If you hadn't noticed Orphan black is a very strong female show, all the credit to the show runners/actors/writers that have manged to keep the message from being so obvious.
