Today Legends of Tomorrow's very own Black Canary (Caity Lotz) or shall I say "White Canary" took to Instagram showing that production for the long-awaited TV show has begun with today's table reads. With her is Franz Drameh (Jay Jackson), Casper Crump (Vandal Savage), and Arthur Darvill (Rip Hunter). Production was set to start around this time towards the end of August while the premiere of the show is set to air in January of 2016.

Rip Hunter travels back in time to the present day where he brings together a team of heroes and villains in an attempt to prevent Vandal Savage from destroying the world and time itself.

With there already have been a trailer, I thought this show was to come out in the Summer. But l was so wrong. I guess this is good news though because it gave the Legends of Tomorrow more time to be great. I can't wait to finally see the real show.

@AsgardianHobo

For a CW budget that looks pretty incredible and keep in mind that was meant for the promo, the actual shooting isn't even started yet, let alone special effects.
