'12 Years a Slave' is going to win because of 2 things. It's about slavery, and it's going to get the black vote if you know what I mean. I know it's going to get my vote.

BLACK POWER!

No nomination for Bale? He looks like he's gonna be the best thing about American Hustle.

The only thing I find funny about Modern Family is that it's considered a comedy.

Gonna see "Captain Phillips" this saturday.
Looks like Hank is heading for an Oscar with this one.
Still, he may not be the winner here.
Hugh Jackman could end up with Oscar for "Prisoners".
That is if he will get nominated.
I can't see his name here.

Peter Dinklage wasn't so good this season. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Charles Dance were better than him this season.

Recently watched Gravity, better than Children of Men but suffers from the same problems. Average acting, no tension therefore no thrills, an overall bland film. Great score for Gravity but, it's visuals are good for the most part. A good portion of the time they felt fake. As with Children of Men, it's over rated and actually quite boring. Gravity is better than I expected it to be but, still, eh.

I feel Prisoners got snubbed at for SAG nominations. But, that's just me.

my two cents:

Just give all the awards to American Hustle already.
Game of Thrones has an amazing ensemble.
Big Bang Theory is an overrated piece of shit. Jim Parsons deserves nothing.

I'd give Prisoners a go. I've been wanting to see it for a while. I think most of those awards deserves to go to Gravity. It seriously is a brilliant film especially with the two main actors performing and giving the audience a believable performance.

The Walking Dead deserves more credit. I just feel most movies and tv drams get snubbed.

American Hustle is average at best but besides that everything else is good.
