A lot has been going on for the Agents of Shield: Deathlok , Nick fury’s “death” and of course HYDRA! So ABC decided to pose a question stating, "What will he become" in regards to the character Agent Leo Fitz. Fitz has been through a lot in the first season of this series, so it’ll definitely be very interesting to see what Marvel does with this character. What do you think will go down? Sound off below with your thoughts! Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns to ABC on September 23
Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., or simply Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., is an American television series created for ABC by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon, and Maurissa Tancharoen, based on the Marvel Comics organization S.H.I.E.L.D. (Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division), a fictional peacekeeping and spy agency in a world populated with superheroes and numerous supernatural phenomena. The series is produced by ABC Studios, Marvel Television, and Mutant Enemy[1] and is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, sharing continuity with the films in that franchise. It revolves around the character of Phil Coulson, with Clark Gregg reprising his role from the film series.

in my opinion , if somebody has to turn into Taskmaster it´s have to be agent Ward.

Traskmaster is Bolivar Trask taking over the mantle of Taskmaster, after Tony Masters died.

@tongtong

You are totally right! Eel's first name is Leopold just like Fitz and with the fact that he almost died underwater and has extensive engineering skills make him the perfect fit. He could end up being the season 3 villain!

Taskmaster

Taskmaster is one of Marvel's very unique and very cool villains, but one with whom casual fans are unfamiliar. Director Joe Carnahan aimed to change that a while back, working with Fox to develop a Taskmaster film in after originally being lined up to work with Marvel for a limited-run Taskmaster comic series. In a 2010 interview with SuperHeroHype, Carahan revealed a bit of his vision for the character's film:

"For Alex (Young, producer of "The A-Team") I was going to do Taskmaster. Originally I wanted to do Juggernaut ’cause I had a really good take on that, and then Taskmaster was something we talked about, and I haven’t discussed it with him for ages, but I would love to get back in. I love the idea of a guy with photographic reflexes, he can see something and repeat it, I thought that was such a cool idea. I think there’s a Moon Knight series where he just beats the sh*t out of Taskmaster and kind of ruined him, and it’s a cool character. I think it might be one of those Marvel characters you really need to reimagine because he’s got the whole skull and cape—it’s a bit grandiose I think—but it would certainly be a cool thing."

Alex Young was the co-president of production at 20th Century Fox until being moved into a role as a producer where he worked on films such as A Good Day to Die Hard and Unstoppable. All signs would indicate that Taskmaster's rights rest with Fox. Rumors swirled that Taskmaster would show up on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., but those have since been proven false. Given the likelihood that Marvel Studios do not own his rights, it wouldn't have been possible anyway. It seems very strange that Taskmaster, a villain who was introduced in the Avengers comics, would show up anywhere but the MCU, but there's no real clarity as to why the rights were at Fox.

Outside of the interview with Carnahan, a quick search did not supply any other information about the rights to Taskmaster reverting back to Marvel.

CONCLUSION: Given the information available, Taskmaster's film rights are, inexplicably, at Fox.

I don't think he'll be any of the characters we already know from the comics.
And I don't really like the idea of "one of the core team becomes someone we know from the comics after a few seasons". They deserve to be important on their own.

I like how in Agents of Shield nobody actually looks or acts like a "Shield agent".

Just watched CA:TWS again and the little bits of Shield you see going on in the background make alot more sense. And the uniforms we see during the Avengers helicarrier scenes, where are those?

OOOOH! That is a reference to the historical Typhoid Mary, not the split personality Marvel character.

Clearly you weren't paying much attention while watching AoS lol. And if you're wondering about the Helicarrier uniforms we saw in the Avengers, maybe they're meant to only be worn on the Helicarrier?
