We still have no idea where David Haller (Dan Stevens) currently is nor do we have any idea about what's actually going to happen during the coming season of Legion, but whatever it may be, it looks to be every bit as insane - if not more so - than the show's mindbending first year.

The latest promo shows off some fresh footage and also confirms that Hamish Linklater will return in some capacity as the facially-scarred Clark. We also see David reunite with Cary (Bill Irwin) and Ptonomy (Jeremie Harris) and get to see more of his trippy interaction with Syd (Rachel Keller).

Watch the "Hiding Preview" below:

Legion, based on the Marvel Comics by Chris Claremont and Bill Sienkiewicz, is the story of David Haller (Dan Stevens) – a troubled young man who may be more than human.

Diagnosed as schizophrenic as a child, David has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. Now in his early 30s and institutionalized once again, David loses himself in the rhythm of the structured regimen of life in the hospital: breakfast, lunch, dinner, therapy, medications, sleep. David spends the rest of his time in companionable silence alongside his chatterbox friend Lenny (Aubrey Plaza), a fellow patient whose life-long drug and alcohol addiction has done nothing to quell her boundless optimism that her luck is about to change. The pleasant numbness of David’s routine is completely upended with the arrival of a beautiful and troubled new patient named Syd (Rachel Keller). Inexplicably drawn to one another, David and Syd share a startling encounter, after which he must confront the shocking possibility that the voices he hears and the visions he sees are the result of him being a mutant.

A haunted man, David escapes from the hospital and seeks shelter with his sister Amy (Katie Aselton). But Amy’s concern for her brother is trumped by her desire to protect the picture perfect suburban life she’s built for herself. Eventually, Syd guides David to Melanie Bird (Jean Smart), a nurturing but demanding therapist with a sharp mind and unconventional methods. She and her team of specialists – Ptonomy (Jeremie Harris), Kerry (Amber Midthunder) and Cary (Bill Irwin) – open David’s eyes to an extraordinary new world of possibilities.

Legion features:
Dan Stevens as David Haller
Rachel Keller as Sydney "Syd" Barrett
Aubrey Plaza as Lenny Busker
Jean Smart as Melanie Bird
Bill Irwin as Cary Loudermilk
Jeremie Harris as Ptonomy Wallace
Amber Midthunder as Kerry Loudermilk
Katie Aselton as Amy Haller
Jean Smart as Melanie Bird
Jemaine Clement as Oliver Bird
Navid Negahban as Amahl Farouk/Shadow King

Season 1 was an odd watch for me, I understood why it was so good but I couldn’t get into it as much as others could until later in the season. That said, I’m still really excited for this.
(And Atlanta, which is back in only a few days)

@TheRealTomServo - Season 1 of The Tick should be added to the list. New season of Ash came out Sunday, and it was great, but it was actually just a little bit of a letdown because I was still riding the high from just finishing the first season of the Tick. So good.....if you're a Tick fan I guess.

Damn, April! April is going to be a busy month. The Expanse S3, Legion S2, and Westworld S2 all begin airing. On top of SHIELD, Ash v Evil Dead, Legends (or will it be Supergirl then?), Arrow, Black Lightning, Flash. Oh my!!!!

This was released as an international promo a week ago. It is better without the (Japanese?) subtitles, though.

Legion was added on Netflix recently (or maybe I just noticed) so I should rewatch it just in case before the new Season comes out.

@Doomsday8888 - Xavier’s arc/redemption still rivals any in modern CBM.

Enough praise gets heaped on Best Comic Villains, but not enough praise is past to McAvoy for his take on Xavier especially in DOFP.

I like him more than the comic version, i can say this for just a couple of characters, and i believe it's the heighest praise one could get! :)

Loved Season 1. I always liked Aubrey Plaza, but considered her kind of 1 dimensional with her aloof, monotone schtick. She really blew me away in this series. Totally changed my mind about her.
