Brian Michael Bendis announced this morning over at Playstation.com that production has wrapped on the 10-episode adaptation of Powers, and the show now has a release date. "It is my honor and privilege to officially tell you that PlayStation will be releasing the first three episodes on March 10th followed by the debut of a new episode every Tuesday. The first episode will be free for everyone at PlayStation.com/Powers and the full season will be available free to members of PlayStation Plus…which you should have already because it’s awesome." He also debuted the poster you see below.

"Powers," an edgy dramatic series from Sony Pictures Television and inspired by the graphic novel series of the same name, follows the lives of two homicide detectives, Christian Walker (Copley) and Deena Pilgrim (Heyward), who are assigned to investigate cases involving people with extraordinary abilities, referred to as “Powers.” Set amidst today’s paparazzi culture, Powers asks the questions, what if the world was full of superheroes who aren’t actually heroic at all? What if all that power was just one more excuse for mischief, mayhem, murder, and endorsement deals? Enter the men and women of the Powers Division, the only people brave enough to go up against the overpaid, commercialized, superhumans who glide through the sky imposing their power over the crowds below who both worship and fear them.

So my REAL power lies within me.

Cool.

Now HOW do I tap into it ?

You know, so I could do the things I never could before...

Like stay dry in heavy rain...

Or read women's minds...

Or write the greatest graphic novel of all time...

Or get instant recall. So my honey can stop complaining that I keep forgetting our anniversary.

Yeah. That would save me some heartache.
