Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming feature-length take on popular French animated series, Miraculous: Ladybug and Cat Noir.
The story follows seemingly normal Parisian teenagers, Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste, who balance their everyday lives with saving the city from villains as their titular super-powered alter egos. All the while, sparks fly between the two, both in and out of costume, as they remain unaware of each other's secret identities.
The series debuted back in 2015, and while it may not be too familiar to U.S. viewers, it has gone on to become one of the most popular and successful French animated shows of all time.
