Netflix's upcoming action comedy, Red Notice, was originally supposed to be released this month, but pandemic-related delays forced production to temporarily shut down. Filming was able to resume in September, however, and the project has now officially wrapped.
The main cast members have been sharing updates via social media since the movie began shooting, and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman 1984) and Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool) have now posted some new behind-the-scenes stills to Instagram which also feature their co-star, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
Directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber (Central Intelligence), Red Notice focuses on the "world's greatest INTERPOL agent" (Johnson) being assigned to track down the "world's greatest art thief" (Gal Gadot), while the "world's greatest con man" (Reynolds) gets in his way.

“My hat is OFF to this crew. I can’t emphasize their grit enough,” Reynolds captioned his post. “Over 300 souls living in a sequestered bubble to make this a reality. They went to work under the most intense circumstances every day. That sacrifice is not only theirs, but it also belongs to their family, friends and loved ones who haven’t seen them in months. Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear masks. And visors. And have cotton swabs shoved up their noses every day.”
“We had to be sequestered 24/7 and only go to and from set,” Gadot wrote. “The crew had to be away from their families for several months and they worked their butts off so we can all deliver the best movie possible while keeping everyone safe. I’m always aware of the fact that things are impactful and special only when there’s a collective force behind it. This one was for sure that.”
Red Notice has yet to receive an official premiere date, but it will most likely be moved into 2021 at this stage.
