Netflix has released 10 official stills from the upcoming Chilling Adventures of Sabrina reboot.

The recent teaser trailer more than confirmed the darker tone of the show with glimpses of occult rituals, demonic figures and a shadowy coven; but only gave us very quick glimpses of some of the supportinmg characters.

Fortuntaley, these images spotlight the various heroes and villains that'll be joining Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) on her spooky new adventure.

Sabrina Spellman

SABRINA SPELLMAN (Kiernan Shipka)

Sabrina is an empowered young woman – half-human, half-witch – who is set to begin her dark education, even as she tries to maintain a normal life as a sophomore at Baxter High. Intelligent, compassionate and brave to the point of recklessness, Sabrina is all that stands between us and the forces of darkness that threaten our world.

Harvey Kinkle (Ross Lynch)

HARVEY KINKLE (Ross Lynch)

Harvey is Sabrina’s boyfriend. The prince charming of this dark fairy tale, Harvey is the son of a coal miner, a dreamboat and a dreamer, completely unaware of the dark forces conspiring to keep him and Sabrina apart.

Rosalind Walker (Jaz Sinclair) And Susie Putnam (Lachlan Watson)

SABRINA’S BEST FRIENDS

Rosalind and Susie are Sabrina’s two closest friends. Rosalind is the brash and outspoken daughter of Greendale’s minister. Susie Putnam is a founding member of Baxter High’s newly formed WICCA club. Brave and optimistic despite being bullied at school, Susie lives on a farm at the outskirts of town and deals with a terrifying supernatural threat at home.

Nicholas Scratch (Gavin Leatherwood)

NICHOLAS SCRATCH (Gavin Leatherwood)

Nicholas is a young, handsome warlock at the Academy of Unseen Arts, who befriends new student Sabrina Spellman. An acolyte of Sabrina’s father’s teachings, Nicholas is drawn to Sabrina, and there are immediate sparks between them.

The Weird Sisters (Adeline Rudolph, Tati Gabrielle and Abigail Cowen)

THE WEIRD SISTERS

Agatha (Adeline Rudolph), Prudence (Tati Gabrielle), and Dorcas (Abigail Cowen) are a trio of powerful, uncanny teenage witches at the Academy of Unseen Arts who look down their noses at Sabrina for being half-mortal.

Zelda Spellman (Miranda Otto)

ZELDA SPELLMAN (Miranda Otto)

Zelda is Sabrina’s sterner witch aunt. Proud and devout, Zelda believes there is no greater honor than serving the Dark Lord as a member of the Church of Night. She is the family’s disciplinarian, fiercely protective of Sabrina, and very much Cain to Hilda’s Abel.

Hilda Spellman (Lucy Davis)

HILDA SPELLMAN (Lucy Davis)

Hilda is one of Sabrina’s two witch aunts. More nurturing than Zelda, Hilda’s motherly nature and warm sense of humor belie a wicked, ghoulish streak. She is as adept at brewing spite jars against her family’s enemies as she is at concocting love potions for the students at Baxter High.

Father Blackwood (Richard Coyle)

FATHER BLACKWOOD (Richard Coyle)

Father Blackwood is High Priest of the Church of Night and Dean of the Academy of the Unseen Arts. Ruthless and ambitious, Blackwood hides a terrifying dark agenda that will put him in direct conflict with Sabrina and other members of the coven.

Ambrose Spellman (Chance Perdomo)

AMBROSE SPELLMAN (Chance Perdomo)

Ambrose is Sabrina’s warlock cousin from England. Placed under house-arrest by the Witches Council, Ambrose is forbidden from leaving the funeral home where he lives with the Spellman woman. Witty, puckish, and pan-sexual, he is one of Sabrina’s partners in crime, always up for mischief.

Madame Satan (Michelle Gomez)

MARY WARDWELL / MADAM SATAN (Michelle Gomez)

Ms. Wardwell is Sabrina’s favorite teacher and mentor at Baxter High. When she is possessed by the Devil’s handmaiden, Madam Satan, Ms. Wardwell turns into a sultry, cunning manipulator, always trying to lure Sabrina down the Path of Night.

I'm gonna say it, this was one of the best trailers of the year (for television). I feel stupid for saying that but I honestly mean it.

I rolled my eyes when I heard about the remake and happened to watch the trailer out of boredom and was shocked at the direction it went in and the tone it set.

I had literally no interest in this, but now I'm actually going to watch episode one. Yes, it'll probably be more trash for teens, but it's good to see something truly subverting expectations in this crass world of entertainment.

(Also Michelle Gomez is so underrated).

@UltimateCarnage - I wouldnt classify it as a remake. Maybe a little.

Its based off of a REALLY GOOD Archie Comics series. I highly recommend it.

Nothing against the show or anything, but some of these pictures look like CG renders to me. Like they're current-gen game characters... Just threw me off.

This is definitely one of my most anticipated upcoming Netflix Originals. Everything from this has looked awesome so far, and much closer to the source material.

I liked the Melissa Joan Hart show, but it was not really for me, as it was just a bit too light-hearted.

But with this Netflix adaptation, I was sold from the day they hired Kiernan Shipka. She was fantastic all throughout Mad Men as Sally Draper.
