THE CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA: New Trailer Points To The Netflix Series Going Out With One Hell Of A Bang

Netflix has released a new trailer for the upcoming final season of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and the Teenage Witch's story looks set to come to an epic end if this is anything to go by!

When it launched, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina felt like a show that was going to be on Netflix for the long haul. Unfortunately, it's coming to a premature end after its upcoming fourth season, which we recently learned is set to premiere on December 31st.

In this final chapter, Sabrina Spellman is back one last time to raise your spirits and defeat ALL the (Eldritch) terrors this New Years Eve.

Over the course of Part 4's eight episodes, The Eldritch Terrors will descend upon Greendale. The coven must fight each terrifying threat one-by-one (The Weird, The Returned, The Darkness, to name a few), all leading up to The Void, which is the End of All Things. As the witches wage war with the help of The Fright Club, Nick begins to slowly earn his way back into Sabrina’s heart.

The question is, will it be too late?

We'll have to wait and see, but it looks like The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will receive a decent conclusion, at least. Ultimately, four seasons and a Christmas special isn't a bad run, and there's a lot of great new footage to delve into in this latest look at the show's final batch of episodes.

Sabrina is all smiles as she celebrates her birthday, but it quickly becomes apparent that she's in for potentially her greatest challenge to date. And yes, as the trailer promises, it really does look like we're going to end the year with "a hell of a ride."

Take a look at the trailer below:

Didn't think I would but I have surprisingly liked this show a lot. In spite of the pre-requisite teen angst. Definitely sorry to see it come to an end with this upcoming season.

Show dipped a bit, but still prematurely cancelled. This season looks like fun

Four season is a nice number of season in my opinion. Surprised Netflix actually finished a show though, can't think of many that got that treatment.

@bkmeijer - i mean daredevil kind of did, and jessica jones definitely adjusted its ending to actually be an ending.

@bkmeijer - They gave the show an initial four season pick-up. That's why they stuck with it.

@Blergh - makes sense. Doesn't Stranger Things also have a four season pick up?

@bkmeijer - nope they got renewed season by season. But I'm sure there's a backhand deal with the Duffers

@Blergh - guess Stranger Things really must be a big hit under existing and new viewers then if it keeps getting renewed

@bkmeijer - yep, sadly we can't prove that. Netflix numbers are a mystery.

This show is a guilty pleasure for me, I hate Riverdale and all the teen drama it has, but this was so much fun. The show still had two or three seasons of decent quality, it's a shame it has to end.

Still a bit surprised by how little this show worked for me. Never made it through S2. Maybe someday...
